Our manual lathe work supports the repair and fabrication of precision components used across heavy-duty trucks, vocational fleets, municipal equipment, and industrial applications. We machine custom spacers, collars, sleeves, threaded parts, press-fit components, bushings, shafts, pins, and hydraulic cylinder rods.

This capability is especially valuable for refuse trucks, roll-off trucks, dump bodies, utility equipment, hydraulic systems, chassis repairs, and other equipment where worn, discontinued, or non-standard parts can slow the job down.

Milling

Our milling capabilities support repair-driven fabrication and reconditioning for heavy trucks, vocational equipment, municipal fleets, and industrial applications. We machine keyways, bolt patterns, mounting surfaces, brackets, hinge components, plates, and precision-milled blocks used across dump bodies, roll-off hoists, utility bodies, and fleet equipment.

Hydraulic Press

Our hydraulic press work supports the safe removal, installation, and correction of heavy-duty components used in drivetrain, suspension, hydraulic, and fleet equipment repairs. We press bearings, bushings, sleeves, and other interference-fit parts, along with shaft straightening, structural correction, and press-fit assembly work.

This capability allows us to handle large or stubborn components accurately, helping reduce damage, improve fitment, and keep repair work moving through the shop.

Press Brake Forming

Our press brake forming capabilities support the fabrication and repair of steel components used in dump beds, roll-off systems, utility bodies, municipal equipment, and heavy-duty applications. We form brackets, gussets, guards, reinforcement plates, and custom structural elements to match OEM dimensions or field-measured requirements.
